Brinton Turns Five ~ 5 ~ Cinco ~ V

Morning of June 16 ~ so excited!! He got a scooter!

Grandpa Boo gave us an old 4-wheeler to use so we bought him a battery for his b-day and he was so excited.......got on and pushed the pedal and it took off.....

And just screamed, jumped off and ran into the house! He wouldn't get back on until our neighbor's little girl got on and had so much fun riding it, he decided to give it a try and rode it all summer...so much so the tires are about warn out! They are getting holes!

So we are doing "Special Birthdays" meaning he gets to have a BIG b-day party when he is 5, 8, 12....etc. So since he was turning 5 he got to invited anyone he wanted and well the list was such we had 22 kids invited to come and of course it had to be Star Wars. I made lightsabors for all the kids from foam floating tubes and duct tape. Made a Star Wars Lightsabor cake with cupcakes and we had a bounce house and a place set up for them to have duels. These are just a couple of the pictures from that fun day. Well the second time around he woke up the day of his first party with croup so we postponed it for a week.........so much fun!

This was his invite!

Grandpa Boo and Grandma Cece gave him an office Chef hat......can you tell he was excited. He loves to cook! We took him to a place like Bennihan's in Boise where they cook the food in front of you and he loved the chef and talked and talked about how he cracked the eggs and threw shrimp in people mouths and the shrimp tails in his hat.
